Parana Empanadas started as a family project in San Diego in 2014 and has since expanded across SoCal to share the love of the Argentinian staple known as empanadas. Empanadas are a type of turnover that are typically filled with protein and vegetables. At Parana, you can find more than a dozen types of empanadas on the menu, including beef, Malbec beef, BBQ Chicken, Spinach and Jackfruit (vegan), along with three dipping sauces of Chimichurri, Chipotle Chimichurri and Green Olive.
