River Street Marketplace will be closing early on Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

River Street Marketplace will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  • River Street Marketplace has an on-site paid parking lot.

    The rate is $2.00 per hour.

    Lost Ticket Fee of $20.00.

    No overnight parking.

    Vehicle owner must remain on the property.

    Parking Lot Hours 5 AM - Midnight.

    Additional Parking Options include public paid parking lots throughout Downtown San Juan Capistrano.

    Downtown Paid Parking Structure located at 26732 Verdugo Street.

    Valet at Los Rios Park is available Friday - Sunday. (closed when raining)

  • Outside Food - please no outside food or drinks to be brought into the Center and consumed (including personal coolers).

    Common Area Seating/Tables - first come/first serve. Those looking to host a party or reserve tables, please note the limit is no more than 4 square tables. (Reminder, no outside food/drinks are allowed).

    Dogs - Must be leashed at all times throughout the market, and humans should make sure to clean up after their pets.

    Bikes - Please walk your e-bikes, bikes, scooters, skateboards through the Center. Bike racks are located near the water tower entrance Los Rios and River Street and also at Paseo Adelanto and River Street.

    Alcoholic Beverages - please note, only alcohol purchased from Capo Leisure House can be consumed in the common areas of the Center. Alcoholic beverages purchased from any other restaurant can’t be opened/consumed in the common area.

    Lost & Found - Check in with CAPO Leisure House to see if your lost item has been turned in.

    Capo Leisure House - beverages must remain in the Common Area and are not allowed inside other businesses.

    Gift Certificates available at individual businesses.
